ParkHouse + Reserve is located in Montrose, Colorado, directly on the banks of the Uncompahgre River in the beautiful Colorado Outdoors Development.

Yes. A deposit of only $1,000.00 is required to reserve your place in line. This deposit is fully refundable if you change your mind between the time of reservation and signing a purchase agreement.

Once we finalize our layout, those who have submitted a reservation will be contacted to select their ParkHouse in the order in which deposits are received.

Yes! We encourage Owners to make the most of their investment by offering their ParkHouse as a short-term rental, should they choose to do so.

Our staff can handle the management of your property from listing (AirBnB, VRBO, etc.), to welcoming guests, to cleaning and maintenance of your ParkHouse.

ParkHouse OA dues are kept in-line with industry and market service rates. A few of the items included with ParkHouse ownership are: shipping and receiving services, 24-hour state-of-the-art security, and membership to The Reserve - an 10,000+ square foot clubhouse with private Owner’s Lounge and concierge services. Additional services and Owner benefits will be announced soon.

Association dues can easily be offset should you choose to offer your ParkHouse as a short-term rental. Our staff can handle the management of your property from listing (AirBnB, VRBO, etc.), to welcoming guests, to cleaning and maintenance of your Parkhouse.

Each ParkHouse unit will will range in size from 1,600 sq. ft. to over 3,000 sq ft.

Rooftop patios come standard with each unit.

Construction is projected to begin in late 2025, with an anticipated Phase 1 completion in early 2026.

Periodic construction and completion timelines updates will be sent via email to all that reserve a ParkHouse.
